Zadar 44° 07′ 12” N/15° 14′ 00” E is a three thousand years old city, situated in the heart of eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea. Old town of Zadar, situated on peninsula, is surrounded by walls and it’s new, urban part of the city is connected with peninsula by a foot bridge, symbol of the city. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, taste famous Maraschino cherry liqueur, or take a swim at one of many beaches surrounding Zadar. In the city with the most beautiful sunset in the world according to Mr. Hitchcock, with maritime archipelago facing a multitude of islands and islets that protect the city from strong winds, you can also enjoy the symphony of Sea Organ (natural musical instrument, seventy meters long with thirty-five organ pipes built under the concrete) as well as magical urban light installation called Greeting to the Sun.


Inside marina you’ll find a bar, parking/garage and toilets with showers.
Local fruit and vegetable market, all kind of shops, exchange office, ER, post office, ATM machines, free parking places and our office are all situated in the walking distance from marina. For just 5 kuna famous barkajol (boat men ride) can take you across to visit the old town from the marina, or you can take a walk across famous Zadar foot bridge.

Great location of Zadar marina is perfect for sailing to the north or south of Adriatic. Two beautiful islands with nice beaches, Ugljan and Pasman, are just across Zadar city centre and less than half an hour away. Another great island called Dugi otok (Long island), situated behind them is just waiting for to be discovered. North side of the island hides one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Adriatic sea, Sakarun.
While in search for the beach you’ll see a beautiful lighthouse called Punta Bjanka in a place Veli Rat. With it’s 42 meters of hight, it is the highes lighthouse of Adriatic. South side of the island hides another pearl of the area, Telascica, park of nature. With it’s turquoise sea perfect for swimming, peaceful and quite beaches as well as breath taking views from the top of the hill and a salty lake Mir (Peace), it’s a place you don’t want to miss. Of course, it’s also near the entrance to the most famous place of the area, Kornati national park. G. B. Shaw said that ‘On the last day of creation God desired to crown His work, and thus created the Kornati islands out of tears, stars and breath’ so you’ll just need to trust him and come and enjoy this beautiful place.
